Let’s hang out!! I run super casual lunch workshops so we can chat and practice mindful eating together. We’ll talk about intuitive eating – what it means, how it works, and how you can lose weight doing it. We also address emotional eating, body image, mindful living, and more! Then we open up the floor to talk about individual struggles, if you’re comfortable doing so.
